Resmi.ID Karir Guide

Step-by-step help for using Resmi.ID Karir — for job seekers and for companies that hire.

Register your company

Your careers page is linked to your business on Resmi.ID.

  1. Sign in with Resmi.ID, choose I'm hiring for a company then Continue as a company. If you have several businesses, pick the one to use.
  2. Fill in the Profile for candidates: display name, industry, company size, city, website, address, and about the company.
  3. Fill in the Recruitment contact (contact person, title, work email, WhatsApp), then tap Register & go to dashboard.
  4. Verify your business's legal records on Resmi.ID. Verified companies get the blue badge and their jobs go live without review.
Logo, cover photo, and verification status come from your business profile on resmi.id — change them there and Karir follows.

Get to know the dashboard

The hiring overview shows what needs doing today.

  1. Stat cards: applications received, not yet reviewed, interviews this week, and average response time. Choose a 7/30/90-day period.
  2. Candidate funnel shows how many candidates reached each stage — filter by job.
  3. On the right: Needs attention, upcoming interviews, and your company's Followers.
  4. Sidebar menu: Overview, Jobs, Candidates, Interview schedule, and Profile, team & plan.

Post a job

A clear job post attracts the right candidates.

  1. Tap Post a job. Start from Use template or fill it in yourself: job title, field, level, job type, number of openings.
  2. Set the work arrangement & location, minimum/maximum experience, and salary. Showing a monthly/yearly salary makes your job appear in full on Google for Jobs.
  3. Write the job description (responsibilities, qualifications), benefits, screening questions, selection stages, owner, and application deadline.
  4. Tap Save draft or Publish. Unverified companies use Submit for review — our team reviews it before it goes live.
Asking applicants for fees, discriminatory requirements, or redirecting applicants to private contacts is not allowed. Jobs matching scam patterns are always held for review.
