By using KarirResmi you agree to these terms and conditions. KarirResmi is operated by Resmi.ID and connects candidates with companies; we are not an employer or a recruitment agency.
1. Accounts
- You sign in to KarirResmi with a Resmi.ID account. You are responsible for keeping it secure and for all activity under it.
- The information you provide must be accurate, up to date and your own. Impersonating another person or company is not allowed.
2. Terms for candidates
- Applying on KarirResmi is free. Neither we nor companies on KarirResmi may charge candidates any fee.
- Applications and CVs are only sent to the companies you choose. Make sure the information you send is accurate.
- Report any job that asks for money or bank details, or looks suspicious, using the Report button.
3. Terms for companies
- Companies must be registered as a business on Resmi.ID. The verified badge is only granted once legal details match business licensing records.
- Jobs must be genuine, comply with Indonesian employment law, and not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, religion, race, gender or disability, unless required by regulation.
- Charging candidates, asking for bank details or OTP codes, or using jobs to recruit into investment schemes, MLM or loans is prohibited.
- Candidate data may only be used for recruiting for the relevant job and must be kept confidential.
4. Content & moderation
- You keep ownership of the content you upload and give us permission to display it in order to run the service.
- We may review, reject, pause or remove jobs and accounts that breach these terms, including based on user reports, without prior notice where needed to protect users.
5. Plans & payment
- The Basic plan is free. Paid plans are billed through Resmi.ID at the price shown when ordering.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law.
- Exceeding your active job or team seat limit requires upgrading your plan.
6. Limitation of liability
- KarirResmi does not guarantee that candidates will be hired or that companies will find candidates.
- Hiring decisions, job content and employment relationships are entirely the responsibility of the company and the candidate.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using KarirResmi at any time. We may suspend or close access in case of a breach of these terms or applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be settled amicably before any legal action.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. By continuing to use KarirResmi after a change, you accept the latest version.
